Amy Williams (head coach) started swimming at
the age of 6 for Houma Swim Team and continued
swimming through high school. She then recieved
a scholarship in swimming to Northeast Louisiana
University, where she competed in several
collegiate competitions, specializing in
backstroke. While pursuing her Master's degree
in Elementary education, she was an assistant
coach for the girl's team at ULM. Amy started
the Tarpon's summer league swim team with her
sister Michelle and another fellow swimmer,
Erika in 2000, and has been there ever since.
Amy is also a teacher at Houma Jr. High School,
teaching 7th & 8th grade English.
Corey Erdmann
Thanks to Coach Corey for years of dedicated
service to the Bayou Black Swim Team.
Corey and his family have moved to Houston at
the end of the summer in 2008.
